Appetizers: Risotto Cakes



Risotto cakes are a great alternative to crab cakes for non-seafood diners!
Above, shown with spinach emulsion.


Roasted red pepper sauce is my personal favorite!


But the lemon creme fraiche is sure delicious!


These are also available to order as a side-dish to an entree! Perfect in many different seasons.
